Dr. Otto Lam received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and stayed for his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University. His clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting ranges from post-operative rehabilitation to rehabilitation for the injured athlete.

Otto’s treatment approach emphasizes building a therapeutic alliance between the clinician and the patient. He incorporates strength and conditioning principles to empower people to move more confidently.

Before Otto became a physical therapist, he already had a passion for health and wellness. He has years of strength training under his belt through Powerlifting and most recently, Olympic Weightlifting. In his free time, Otto enjoys learning, traveling, and cooking.

Dr. Jason Thompson graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health and stayed to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy. Jason found his love for PT in being an athlete and going through injuries of his own over the years. This has allowed Jason to see eye to eye with many athletes to assist them in getting them back to activity, no matter what level.

Outside of the clinic, Jason enjoys hiking, fishing and anything else outdoors. Most recently, he is an aspiring Crossfit athlete. Jason also coaches youth football athletes year round to aid them in taking their game to the next level. Around these activities, you can find him hanging out with friends and family.

Jason Ryu received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch, and his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University with a major in Kinesiology. He has completed a post-doctorate Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the Institute of Athlete Regeneration. His clinical experience includes working with a variety of populations from post-operative rehabilitation to professional level athletes in the outpatient sports and orthopedic setting.

Jason incorporates manual therapy and corrective exercises in his treatments to correct movement system impairments, optimize performance, and eliminate pain. As an active Crossfitter, Jason enjoys working with barbell athletes while also enjoys working with field athletes, runners, and the general orthopedic population.

Dr. Jessica Lefkowitz graduated from University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and then continued to Columbia University to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Her interest in PT was sparked at a young age after a shoulder injury playing softball. Since then, Jessica has made it a life goal to continue to become the best version of herself by continually learning, giving back to the community, and excelling in a field of work in which she truly believes in.

When she is not in the clinic, Jessica enjoys running to Taylor Swift, weight lifting, reading, enjoying a beach day, and making her friends and family laugh. She has a passion for traveling around the world and trying different dishes associated with each culture. As a true native to the NY/NJ area, Jessica has future plans to train and participate in the annual New York City Marathon.

Dr. Katy DiLorenzo received her Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from Northeastern University in 2017, and continued with her graduate studies at Northeastern to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Katy has clinical experience working with both collegiate and professional athletes, professional ballet dances, and musicians. She has clinical interests in ACL rehabilitation, running-related injuries, dance medicine, shoulder rehabilitation for the overhead athlete, and treating female athletes.

Katy’s treatment style places a large emphasis on patient education and collaboration. She believes that rehabilitation happens most efficiently when her patients are given the tools to understand their bodies and play an active role in their recovery.

With a background as a ballet dancer, Katy enjoys movement in all its forms, but has more recently discovered a passion for weightlifting and strength training. She has been an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer since 2017, and enjoys bridging the gap between rehab and traditional principles of strength and conditioning.

Dr. Zeena Hernandez received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College. Zeena has 10 years of clinical experience and has presented her work in national conference by the American Physical Therapy Association.

She was recently awarded Physical Therapist of the year 2018 by the Academy of Filipino-American Physical Therapists (AFAPT) for her contribution and commitment to service and excellence.

Zeena believes that the key to facilitating recovery from an injury is establishing a solid collaboration between therapist and client. She believes in not only treating a body part or the biomechanical aspect of an injury but the whole person. She empowers clients and patients by getting them mentally and physically ready to return to play or work.

Zeena is passionate about health and wellness. She used to run half marathons until she discovered her love for barbell sports through Crossfit. Currently, she trains and competes as a 49kg lifter in Olympic weightlifting.
